Help when you need it
Crisis is unpredictable and often caused by escalated emotions, traumatic events, or relationship stressors. Our crisis team responds to calls from community members, schools, law enforcement, and anyone who requires immediate support for behavioral distress or a mental health issue. In addition to de-escalation and counseling services, the crisis team can provide a brief assessment for intake into further services, as well as peer support and resource/referral information.
No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income

need it
Crisis intervention is available 24 hours a day through telephone, walk-in, and mobile services
Mobile crisis services are provided in the community and at the location where the crisis is occurring. Similar to walk-in services at our main Creekside location, mobile crisis services offer a risk assessment, brief crisis intervention, safety planning, referral, and follow-up. If you need help after hours, our main office line or Direct Crisis Line provides telephonic support with the ability to deploy on-site services if needed.
