Youth & Adult Walk-in Intake Clinic Schedule

Call 503-397-5211 for additional information. Scheduled intakes are available on a
limited basis for clients unable to attend during walk-in clinic hours.


Adult (18 and over)

Mondays & Tuesdays: 1pm-3pm (check in at 12 pm)

Thursdays: 9am-11am (check in at 8 am)

Saturdays: 9am-10:30am*

* Addiction Assessment Clinic intake packet must be completed during adult walk-in clinic hours prior to Saturday Addiction Assessment. This is part of the BHRN pilot project.


Youth* (17 and under)

Mondays: 9am-11am (check in at 8 am)

Thursdays: 3pm-5pm (check in at 2 pm)

* Please note that youth clients seeking drug and alcohol assessment and services should use the adult walk-in intake clinic.


Additional information

  • Clinic slots are filled on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended you arrive approximately 60 minutes before clinic hours to complete your paperwork. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • No one will be refused access to services because of an inability to pay. CCMH provides Oregon residents with a discounted/sliding fee schedule based on family size and income.
  • Commercial insurance and Medicare are accepted on a limited, case-by-case basis. We recommend you check with your insurance prior to arrival to determine in-network coverage.
